故事的主角丽莎(Eliza Thornberry),12岁,拥有普通得不能再普通的外表，两条高高翘起的小辫，脸上长着雀斑，有点“爆”的牙齿上还带着牙套，但是你可不要小看她呦，她可是令人羡慕的在环游世界中长大的小姑娘。她跟随制作纪录片的父母在全世界寻找奇异的地方、植物和动物，最不可思议的是她竟然幸运的学会了和动物交谈的本领，凭着这个本领,丽莎成为了动物和大自然真正的好朋友，当然也惹了不少的麻烦。 让我们听听“丽莎宣言”吧：
